Solomon joined Edify in November 2019 as an Impact Assessment Officer. He is responsible for tracking progress and measuring the outcomes of the interventions in partner schools. He also provides technical support to other Edify staff for the implementation of trainings among partner schools in Ghana. 

Prior to joining Edify, he served as Regional Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning and Regional Data Management Coordinator at Family Health International 360 for four years. Additionally, he worked with the Ghana Education Service as Education Management Information System Officer for 10 years, and collaborated with other NGOs as partners.

Solomon is a member and elder of his local church and holds a degree in Business Management Studies, Diploma in statistics and a Professional Teacher Certificate. He is passionate about quality education for children in his community.
