Michael Adu-Carol joined Edify on February 1, 2016. His role is to develop and oversee Christian Transformation Initiatives and also assist school leaders in the processes to make their schools intentionally Christ-centered. Michael has more than 10 years of experience in Schools and Camps Ministries through Scripture Union Ghana and is a passionate Youth Leader working among Secondary and Tertiary students in Ghana. He leads training for Teachers, Heads of schools and Church youth leaders. Michael has Certificate in Transformational Urban Leadership from Trinity Theological Seminary – Legon, Mini-MBA in Project Management from Almond Institute and an Executive Mini-MBA in Leadership from Accra Business School – Ghana.
