Florentine Adjoa Ansah-Asare joined Edify in February 2017. Her role is to be responsible for designing, implementing, following up and assessing Edify’s programs for school improvement and school leadership development in its partner schools. She acts as a Coach, providing support supervision for school leaders. 

Florentine served as a Communication and Research Specialist with Ghana Institute of Linguistics, Literacy and Bible Translation (GILLBT) on the USAID Partnership for Education: LEARNING and taught Chinese and Spanish at the University of Ghana. Florentine holds a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree in Economics of Education and Management from Central China Normal University. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Chinese.
