With backgrounds in Social Work (The University of Ghana) and Development Management (The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA)) and over fifteen (15) years of professional experience in Education and Health related interventions, Dorcas Adwoa Aidoo joined Edify in 2014 as an Education Specialist. 

In her current role as the Program Lead for the Education Department, she provides oversight to the design, planning, implementation, assessments and reporting of Education Transformation interventions. She Coaches and provides Support Supervision to partner school leaders and Teachers. Dorcas worked with NGOs such as ADRA Ghana and World Education Inc. in various capacities to manage organization-specific and national educational and health programs. 

Dorcas’ expertise is program development and proposal writing. Her passion is to see the vulnerable empowered to own their transformation process through education and exposure to the word of God.
