Adwoa Nyantakyiwaa is a professional teacher with over twenty- two years teaching experience. Before joining Edify as an Education Specialist in February 2018, she was a key trainer for Edify Ghana from 2014-2017, focusing on School Leadership Development for School Proprietors and School Leaders. Currently, Adwoa is a Lead Trainer for School Leadership Trainings both in Ghana and Liberia. 

As part of her role, she engages in Teacher Capacity Building and provides support to School Proprietors and School Leaders with the aim of helping them transfer training competencies to their work environment. She holds a Master of Education in Measurement and Evaluation and Master of Philosophy (Administration in Higher Education) from the University of Cape Coast.  

Adwoa teaches in the children’s department at her local church and organizes remedial teaching for children in her community at her leisure time. Her areas of expertise are School Leadership and Students’ Assessment.
